Common questions
Does Rafid file my tax return for me?
No. Rafid prepares the return and its figures from your data; you review it, confirm responsibility, and file it yourself on the ZATCA portal.
My system isn't listed — can I still use Rafid?
Yes. Download the sales report from your system as it is (Excel or CSV) and upload it — Rafid recognises the columns in Arabic or English. You can upload daily at closing.
Are replies and posts sent automatically?
No. Every reply or post is a draft until you approve it.
Can my staff use Rafid?
Yes. Add them by mobile number and choose which departments they see, optionally for one branch. Anything you don't tick never appears for them.
How much does it cost?
A monthly subscription based on the plan that fits you and your number of branches. Register your interest and we'll send details.
